Before production begins, you will receive an official Order Confirmation Request outlining the final details of your order, including product style, colour, sizes, quantities, branding, and specifications.
By signing this document or providing written/email confirmation to proceed, you acknowledge and agree that:
-
The Order Confirmation serves as the final and binding record of your order.
-
All previous discussions, instructions, and amendments are superseded by this document.
-
Production will proceed strictly according to the approved Order Confirmation.
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and verify all information before approval.
If the Order Confirmation does not comply with your requirements, you must notify us in writing before granting approval.
By approving your Order Confirmation, you confirm that:
-
The style, colour, quantities, and sizes are correct.
-
All branding elements, artwork, spelling, positioning, and branding methods are correct.
-
You understand that samples provided are for size reference only and may differ from the final style ordered.
Groupwear is not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered and approved by the client.
-
Colours may vary slightly from website images, catalogue images, digital mockups, or previously supplied items due to screen calibration, lighting, fabric types, and production processes.
-
Fabric dye lots may differ between production runs.
-
We cannot guarantee that re-ordered products will be identical to previous orders as we work with various suppliers and manufacturers.
Minor variations do not constitute a defect.
All products supplied by Groupwear are custom-made or branded to the client’s specification.
In accordance with applicable provisions of the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customised or personalised goods manufactured according to a client’s specific instructions are not eligible for return or refund where:
-
The goods were produced in accordance with the approved Order Confirmation; and
-
The goods are free from manufacturing defects.
Because customised products cannot be resold or repurposed, Groupwear does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on approved and correctly produced orders.
No returns will be accepted where delivered products correspond with the signed Order Confirmation.
If Groupwear produces goods that materially deviate from the signed Order Confirmation, we accept responsibility and will, at our discretion:
-
Rectify the defect; or
-
Replace the affected items.
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods.
Groupwear will not be held responsible for any errors appearing on the signed Order Confirmation that were approved by the client.
By signing the Order Confirmation or providing written/email instruction to proceed, you:
-
Authorise Groupwear to commence production.
-
Confirm that all details are correct.
-
Accept that this document constitutes the final production instruction.

Batch production differences
Garments falling within this tolerance range shall be deemed compliant with specifications.
